We enjoyed our vacation in the Haven on the Epic. We were in the same suite last November around the Easter Mediterranean. Many of the staff greeted us with "Welcome Home".
For us the Haven made all the difference. Great personal service, fine dinning and drinks. Getting escorted to shows, on and off the ship.

Departing from Terminal 3, we got to use the new facility built for Carnival where there was a proper Haven waiting area.

The Haven restaurant is great, the staff greets us by name from day one. We like the Bistro, Cagney's and Teppanyaki. Never went to the buffet or main dinning rooms.
Onboard Activities

The Concierge invited us to use the Spa one afternoon. It is very nice. No kids in the hot tubs.
Entertainment

We enjoyed the Abby Road Beatles and Burn the Floor.
Service and Staff

Our Butler George is very friendly and accommodating. The Concierge team was always helpful, escorting us to shows, on and off the ship. Our room Steward was like a friendly ghost taking care of our room in our absence.
Ship Quality

Some rust and one day the toilets backed up but overall a nice ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

16029 is an Accessible Suite category HF, it is basically a 2 bedroom suite with no walls. Very large and comfortable. Close to the restaurant, bar and Concierge.
Ship tip
The ship was at full capacity and it was crowded with long lines except in the Haven.
We opted for a morning Kayak excursion, got one drink (very long line) the noticed the approaching rain and headed back to the Tender. By the time we got back to the ship it was raining and people were still heading to the Island.
