Overall it was fine. We enjoyed ourselves when we could without spending too much. The ports were the best part. The food and service was our least favorite part. But it was cheap and overall a good deal for a vacation.

A great value with a cabin that would cost you $4,500 on RCL for just $1,288. Ship is maxed for maximum passengers. That is why the pricing is so good. Find a way to avoid crowding getting to events early and it's a great ship.

We've cruised with MSC several times and overall we were very happy with this cruise and enjoyed it much more than many, but not all, of the other cruises we've been on. The entertainment was excellent but different than what you might see on other cruise lines. It definitely has more of a European influence and includes not just singers and dancers but also cirque type performers.

This line has gone way down hill. I have a dozen cruises with them and will not be returning.

Not worth the money I paid for a Suite. We Did Not Visit any of the Ports on our Agenda due to other reasons. No Reservations for Sky/Star Class seats and any of the Theaters.

Meeting Kate midway though planning our cruise, I was a bit worried that she wouldn't be able to answer my specific special questions. We were first time cruisers with our disabled daughter and there were lots of unknowns. Kate went to work right away. She got to understand my daughter's needs and sought out every answer to my questions. She went above and beyond.I'm very happy to say that our cruise went smoothly due to our extensive planning for my daughter! We have made a life long friend and travel agent who now knows more about special needs cruising than she did before meeting us! I highly recommend Kate!

The cruise was overall very nice and we will definitely consider Carnival Cruise line again.

Wonderful cruise. Easy ship to learn. The food and drinks are plentiful and not over crowded.

Overall had a great time on the cruise. Amenities were fantastic. Food was okay. Steward and dining staff was 10/10. Other staff lacked courtesy. Ship was a lot of fun with great shows and activities. Enjoyed ports and excursions.

Employees lacked good attitude. The ship just seemed like the staff.

Never have issues on carnival, always a pleasure.

please give some recognition to the great staff Myrtle, Manuel and Julian!! They made the cruise much better than it already was.

This is our first cruise on MSC. Although the ship is very beautiful, I do not think we will go on MSC again, at least for a long time. It seems like they need to figure things out. I think most of their crew is new and it is very hard to communicate with most of them. I am pretty easy to please and I realize we are so fortunate to go on a beautiful Caribbean Cruise. I don't like to complain, but at the same time we did spend a lot of money and should not feel so frustrated on a trip that had the intent of being a relaxing time. The spa is a good example. We paid extra for the thermal spa, but we were only able to use it 2 days of the 7 because it was way to crowded and rooms were out of order. The times we used it we loved it but as the week went on it seems like they sold more passes or had deals where more people were there and that is the opposite of relaxing.

The MSC Seascape 7-day Eastern Carribean cruise (no stop in bahamas) was a great value for the money allowing us to afford a much higher level room than on other ships with similar destinations! We LOVED sitting out on our balcony for a more private experience than the public decks.

It was exciting to introduce my nephew to cruising and a great time was had. He's already looking forward to his next cruise.
