Guest Services staff was excellent every time, as well as the dining room staff. Only saw room steward once and that was upon arrival although I had concerns that wasn't addressed by Samuel.

The ships designs were nice but there were a few areas that need patching up.

Size and comfort were great but there was an odor in the bathroom and right outside of our cabin. Brought it to house keeping attention but it was not diffused.
