Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Chibangs was amazing, Seafood shack was delicious and huge portions of fish. Cuchina del Capitano was good bit small portions, Fahrenheit Steakhouse was worth every penny. I highly recommend the "cowboy steak". Loved Guys burger, BlueIguana taco and Shaqs chicken as always. I went to Emeril's for Benoits and they were so good..MDR and Lido market were just ok but the atmosphere was vibrant and lively in a good way.

Onboard Activities

Pools ans hot tub was awesome and more than enough to choose from. Also enjoyed all the space of the adult only area of the serenity deck. Pools hot tubs and comfy seating everywhere. Plus it has its own bar and salad station.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Tried to catch as many shows as possible cause ther were so many. From live center stage performances that were amazing to hilarious comedy shows. Then of course there is family feud and live and marriage that are always a crowd pleaser. Just go early to make sure to get good seats.

Children's Programs

I traveled with 2 15 yr Olds and they enjoyed club o2 and I barely saw them. One of them even won prom king and best dressed contest. And they made tons of friends.

Service and Staff

Outstanding in all areas. Bars, cabin stewards, dining rooms to guest services and pixel photo. Everyone was wonderful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was continuously being wired down by staff. Decorations was lovely and not too many crazy designs.

Cabin / Stateroom

I had a quad occupancy balcony and the option of to either flip the sofa to use the bed underneath or have a bunk drop from the ceiling. To keep it spacious we opted for the sofa bed for our son. Our cabin steward Bimi was great. He knew all our names, brought extra towels and blankets as well as made sure I had a fresh bucket of ice every day. The room was a good size and had lots of storage space and outlets for our devices. Balcony was a little tight with 3 chairs and the table but we enjoyed it.

Ship tip

Definitely book spa, excursions and specialty dining before you cruise cause they sell out quick. Also buy a picture package cause some of the pictures are pricey a la cart. And research the theme parties for your sailing cause they are so fun to go to and to dress up just makes the event even better. Also buy a slice of strawberry cheesecake from Java blue Cafe you can thank me later.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida Did not visit port

This port is too busy and jam packed with cars, people, luggage and construction. Very chaotic to be a cruise port.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

Loved, Loved, Loved this port. Easy to get around. And you really don't have to buy an excursion just walk to the free pool area and have a great time.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Great port. Easy to walk around and see things on your own. Lots of bars, store and restaurants right at the port if you don't want to buy an excursion. Also if you need a Walgreens it's right across the street from the pier. I was glad cause someone in my group needed motion sickness medicine and it was cheaper at Walgreens than on the ship.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Another port where it is easy to get around. Right at the pier they have duty free shops, restaurants and areas to take pictures. But if you want to get to adventure to a beach the water taxi is only $7 USD roundtrip per person.
