Very disappointed that we didn't get to port at Grand Turk. I paid for 3 ports and only got 2. Would like to be compensated for the missed port. How about reimbursing my cheers package!

shot guy at Horizon restaurant was fabulous. Room steward, I Wayne was excellent. Most of the ships staff were always friendly and very helpful.

I Wayne was awesome, very friendly and he kept our cabin in tip top shape. Cabin was nice and roomie. Glad we booked the balcony room.

Ship tip

get you lounge chair early. they post signs stating "chairs left empty for 45 min will have items removed" but it doesn't happen.

Despite many of the comments, it's ok to be disappointed. Doesn't mean you hate cruising, just means you were looking forward to something that you didn't get to do. Anyone else would have felt the same. Unfortunately, it has happened to us as well.

Well if it's a missed port because of weather well then it's a no-brainer that you might not get a chance to go!!!! Safety is a lot more important than getting to a port!!!

Missed ports happen. Excursions booked through the cruise line are refunded, as are any port fees and taxes for the missed port. Read your cruise contract.

If you have trip insurance, the insurance will reimburse you for a missed port
