Review summary
Meeting Kate midway though planning our cruise, I was a bit worried that she wouldn't be able to answer my specific special questions. We were first time cruisers with our disabled daughter and there were lots of unknowns. Kate went to work right away. She got to understand my daughter's needs and sought out every answer to my questions. She went above and beyond.I'm very happy to say that our cruise went smoothly due to our extensive planning for my daughter! We have made a life long friend and travel agent who now knows more about special needs cruising than she did before meeting us! I highly recommend Kate!Embarkation
