First cruise for me. Wasn't sure I would like it. Loved it. The staff were brilliant, in fact they made the experience. I would cruise with Celebrity again.

We had a very enjoyable cruise with my brother and his wife and my sister and her husband. It was our first cruise although none of the others had been on a cruise before. It was a great time with our family.

The Discovery Princess is a beautiful very clean ship. Service was impeccable. Food was unexpectedly amazing. Great way to see Alaska

Our travel agent suggested an oceanview, unobstructed balcony on the starboard side forward and it did not disappoint!! Especially impressive views of Endocott Arm and the backing out and turning around (180 turn) at Skagway.

I really don’t think I would cruise on princess cruise lines anymore. Changed our excursions, and didn’t even explain why or why we didn’t get tickets for our excursions on the port we didn’t get to go to. Excursion desk was constantly closed and customer service couldn’t help us. Spent more time going back-and-forth trying to reach somebody.

At first I was a little hesitant to take a cruise on our way back from Alaska. Now I glad we opted for that, the sailing days were full with interesting activities; the ports of call were thoughtfully selected, all very interesting. The ship was in excellent condition and the crew was outstanding. A very nice experience indeed!

Not thrilled with Princess, Alaska was beautiful but feel itinerary didn't allow us to see much. And didn't feel for the amount of money spent that we were given the best service.

Alaska was beautiful, highly recommend the train in Skagway and an excursion to see the glaciers up close.

We love Holland America, the quality of the rooms were wonderful. The only thing I wish the ship offered was more activities for my older children. The staff was perfect, they could not have been better

THE ABOVE AND BEYOND STAFF WAS A LADY THAT WAS ABLE TO GET US AN EXCURSION TO BUTCHART GARDENS WHEN WE GOT OFF THE BOAT, I BELIEVE SHE WAS AN NCL REP AND THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AT VICTORIA ALL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. EVERYONE ELSE ON THE BOAT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. SAFE TO SAY WE GOT EVERYTHING DONE THAT WE WANTED TO DO

Alaskan cruise should be in everybody's bucket list.

The cruise was everything we expected. It was rainy and cold, but we came to rest and taken care of. We enjoyed our balcony room and the dining rooms and entertainment in the evenings. We wished there were cookies available, but this cruise had almost none.

It was our first and probably last cruise. They changed our itinerary 3 times and cut our shore time so we hardly had time to do anything and totally missed Ketchikan. Because the ship was not operating on all of its engines when we hit rough seas it was rougher than it should’ve been

the scenery was beautiful and my cabin was nice except for the mattress issue - I have a back problem and could not sleep on those beds; hidden charges for restaurants was a negative; then finally I caught COVID on the cruise - got sick the last day and travel home was miserable; I tested positive at the ER when I got home

We had such a lovely family vacation . We'd recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to spend their entire vacation driving in Alaska. Princess Crown was the best choice for us for value and amazing service! Our only complaint is the children who were mostly unsupervised next door in D209. Their noise level was awful and we did have a lot of trouble getting any intervention since the guest services desk did not answer the phone during the night. Next cruise we'll be a lot more vocal about that early in the cruise and demand to be moved since the children were unsafe and impolite.

My only real complaints are the wi-fi speed and I would have liked a little more time in port. In two cases, we could of used an extra hour so that we could do both and excursion and have at least 30 minutes to see town. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the cruise!

Overall the cruise is good and excellent. Had a very good experience with everything. The only thing I felt was that I wish they limited the number of people using the elevator.

Sailing on the Solstice was an amazing experience! We love Celebrity and will definitely be going back onboard with them again soon! Everyone we met was extremely friendly and accommodating! Food was awesome and we also loved the Spa! The Excursions were so exciting and interesting it was hard to decide! Had a great time!! Loved Alaska and will go again!!

Good itinerary but not great cruise. Ship is tired and crew appeared to be not fully trained.

Ovation is a beautiful, clean and modern ship. It was the first time we have sailed on a ship that holds 4,000-5,000 people and that is a challenge in itself. It is a floating city spread across 16 decks. It took me a few days to find your way around and I’m used to cruising and pretty good at finding my way around. There are lots of dining venues and the food is in almost all cases, quite good. The crew are terrrifc, friendly and helpful. There are lots and lots of children, from toddlers to teens onboard and the ship seems to cater to the “bring the entire family” theme. How many ships have a Bumper Car arena, rock climbing and surfing venues onboard. So be prepared to encounter elevators full of kids, especially teems, roaming free. Wi-Fi is expensive and spotty at best. Don’t bother with the RCL onboard texting app. The drink packages are very expensive, so do the math beforehand.
