Review summary

We love Holland America, the quality of the rooms were wonderful. The only thing I wish the ship offered was more activities for my older children. The staff was perfect, they could not have been better

Our room staff was Teguh and Ikahsan were outstanding!!!! They knew our name on the first day and helped us with anything we needed. They made our experience one that we will defianlty repeat on Holland America Ships. Whatever their wage is, it is not high enough, they went above and beyond everyday

We were very pleased with the accomadations, we have been on two other cruise lines and Holland America was by far the most comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is a big deal to us when we travel, I felt the other cruise lines offered cheap beds and pillows which did not provide a good night sleep. Thank you for the great beds!
