Review summary

First cruise for me. Wasn't sure I would like it. Loved it. The staff were brilliant, in fact they made the experience. I would cruise with Celebrity again.

Everybody was great. Our room attendant Mario was very friendly, helpful and our room was well taken care of. Whatever you pay him he deserves more.

Ship Quality

The basketball area seems like it would be better suited to the back of the ship as the net surrounding it blocked a lot of good views from the deck especially when trying to take photos.

Take the city bus #4 to Mendenhall Glazier. Make sure to visit Nugget Falls while you are at the park. It's a lot of walking but well worth it. Recommend eating at Tracy's King Crab Shack.

Using the service to take your backs the night before requires a little planning but otherwise was like a well oiled machine. Getting a taxi required a wait. Having a service at Canada Place that will watch your bags was great for us as we could not get in to our Airbnb in Vancouver until 4pm.Fir

Wonderful Alaska cruise

Terrible and totally lacking in customer support if for some reason you are delayed in getting to the boat. I waited on hold FOR AN HOUR and never got through... Horrible experience.
