Our travel agent suggested an oceanview, unobstructed balcony on the starboard side forward and it did not disappoint!! Especially impressive views of Endocott Arm and the backing out and turning around (180 turn) at Skagway.

Extremely long line (standing 1 hour) even for all people including those who completed all requirements in the app prior to departure day. Several employees outside gave travelers wrong information about where to get in line and yelled and blew whistles at them/us.

Mixed drinks were inconsistent in alcohol content. Main dining rooms had excellent service and quality. Buffets usually offered a good variety of quality and service. Some issues with ice machines and self-serve coffee makers not working or running dry.

We didn't take advantage of many ship activities, but when we did it was enjoyable. We liked the fitness center and lounge entertainment.

Excellent service and staff. We had a few hiccups with guest services concerning our flight check in process with shuttle to the airport. However, the issues were satisfactorily resolved and our luggage made it on our flight to our final destination.

Loved our cabin! Great views, blackout curtains were effective when needed. The only oddity was we couldn't find the hair dryer until the last day when we realized it was in a desk drawer rather than in the bathroom or closet.

A late port of call itinerary. We were a little disappointed with our excursion, and we were not alone in this as other travelers felt the same. Pretty city, but our excursion which was supposed to end at 9:30p didn't end until 10pm at which time most stores were closed and it took another 30+ minutes to walk to shuttle, stand in a long line then travel back to port.
