Very enjoyable, food was excellent, service was outstanding and we are very happy we went on this cruise.

Started out with issues from customer service. Was told multiple lies from different agents "credits will be applied to your account once you get onboard the ship", "you can make reservations for your party of 18 with the maitre-d when you get to the restaurant". Had to call three days in a row, waiting on hold for FIVE hours the last day, so I could get refunded for our cancelled excursion. Customer service is a joke. Don't believe anything they say, once you get ahold of a person hours and hours later. Ridiculous. Got through embarkation quickly, easy to navigate. First day at Juneau was great, loved the excursion and dinner Skagway, enjoyable Very disappointed Ketchikan was removed Glacier Bay wasn't viewable, had to turn around, understandable but still disappointing Icy Strait Point, too short of time at port. Victoria, didn't get off boat, also too short of time at port, too late to visit famous garden Disembarkation, easy, no issues

Overall, excellent and very well organized cruise. I'm already trying to plan my next cruise with Holland America. The service personnel aboard the Eurodam went above and beyond excellence to ensure our stay was above reproach. Our dinner servers Dolly and Wayu were excellent and kind. Our cabin assistant Andi and his assistant kept our room neat and clean; and oftentimes saw us outside our cabin, and asked us by name, if there was anything more they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Wonderful first experience on a cruise!

Was happy with cruise experience But will not advise to book through Cruiseonly.com. We went on this cruise with two other families. All three families booked similar rooms on the same floor at the same time. We did through cruiseonly.com, one family did through their travel agent and one booked directly through Norwegian. The other two families got a better deal than us. One of my sister’s room was next to us.(exactly same room. , we paid the same amount) my sister was given free internet package plus speciality dining and other stuff. I asked at the guest service on the cruise on why my family didnot get all the additional benefits first I was told that the other family must have paid more. My sister was with me and said that was not the case , the guest service rep then said it was because we booked from different sources. So I would advise to book directly through Norwegian or local travel agent as they may get you additional benefits . The staff on the cruise was truly amazing .

Really like Norwegian cruise, good handicapped rooms. Will not return to Alaska on board Norweigian or not in a large vessel. Will not use Seattle as a departure port.

The Bliss is perfect for an Alaskan cruise. We spent lots of down time in the Observation Lounge. Staff & service were excellent. NCL shuttles at each port were very organized. There were lines, but they moved along at a good pace.

we had great first time experience. staff was very friendly, and we had to many activities to chose from. great food and entertainment. we will do it again.

I feel comfortable and safe with royal Caribbean cruise ship. Wish they have better wifi or internet connections.

Reasonably priced quality cruise. It made for some great memories and stories. The entertainment was enjoyable and the food was fantastic.

We had a remarkable time abroad the solstice. Will do it again in a warmer climate.

We all really loved this Alaskan Cruise. The staff and room stewards were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and really enjoyed the variety of food options. I think some different or more craft beers can be added (people love craft beer). I enjoyed most of the ports/stops but I think rearranging the schedule to shorten or skip Icy Point and add more time at ports with more things to do (Ketchikan and Victoria). Would recommend this cruise to friends and family.

Great cruise with beautiful ports. You need to book excursions as the cities themselves are tiny with little to see except trinket stores.

I like Norwegian CruiseLine and believe I received a fair to a good value. I felt the need to see Alaska and I can now remove from my bucket list. The weather was cool to cold with mist or overcast most every day. I did enjoy this cruise, but I have 'no' desire to ever go on another Alaskan cruise. I personally believe Alaska and the scenery is oversold.

Saw a lot . Cabin steward was excellent and his name was Alvan. The servers need more experience

Overall Food in dining room was terrible. Not sure if its RC or too large of ship with too many passengers, short on staff or dining kitchen staff that has a bad system???? Not a single meal arrived even warm. Also disappointed as a single mom with 17 year old son this Royal Caribbean cruise did not place us at dining table with other single moms and teenagers. That was our experience on our carnival cruises which was a huge perk dining with other moms and teenagers instead of sitting at 2 seater table by ourselves. I rate the food in dining room a 0 and we are not hard to please with dining experience. Expect food temperatures to arrive as they should and not everything cold like its sat out for hours. Worst food experience I have ever had on a cruise.

Overall, this cruise was below our expectations, not entirely due to ships fault as the weather did not cooperate with us at all. Out of 7 days, we were at see 2.5 days (first half day, second full day and 7th full day). Alaska offers gorgeous scenery, beautiful views and interesting wild life experiences. I think stops in more populated areas would have improved our experience and a larger selection of excursions. I really wanted to see the bears eating salmon, but that didn't work out. Wanted to see the Hubbard Glacier, and that didn't work out (due to weather). Glad we went, but I doubt I'll be coming back.

Excellent cruise! Definitely book excursions every port. Beautiful at every port. Trip advisor gives highlights of each port. Halibut and salmon so delicious 😋. Entertainment was sufficient for an Alaskan cruise. Food on board was delicious everywhere and plentiful in the wind jammer. Definitely get a room with a balcony to enjoy the beauty of Alaska.

Overall the trip was excellent, would sail with Norwegian again over any cruise liner.

The cruise was amazing. We had perfect weather. Great views off verandah.

I spent a lot of my free time at the Crows Nest capturing the views, relaxing and reading a book. If l was not there l was using the recreation center or eating all the wonderful food being offered. Awesome trip!
