didn't like that we were taken out of our main queue and asked to go to another queue because we had some dues outstanding. there was nothing outstanding though, that we found out after waiting for 20 minutes in another queue. family was waiting outside waiting for cab. credit card was already attached to our account even if there was something outstanding anyway. so didn't like this experience of leaving the cruise after spending great 7 days on it.
