Started out with issues from customer service. Was told multiple lies from different agents "credits will be applied to your account once you get onboard the ship", "you can make reservations for your party of 18 with the maitre-d when you get to the restaurant". Had to call three days in a row, waiting on hold for FIVE hours the last day, so I could get refunded for our cancelled excursion. Customer service is a joke. Don't believe anything they say, once you get ahold of a person hours and hours later. Ridiculous.
Got through embarkation quickly, easy to navigate.
First day at Juneau was great, loved the excursion and dinner
Skagway, enjoyable
Very disappointed Ketchikan was removed
Glacier Bay wasn't viewable, had to turn around, understandable but still disappointing
Icy Strait Point, too short of time at port.
Victoria, didn't get off boat, also too short of time at port, too late to visit famous garden

Dining rooms were chaotic and food didn't have much flavor. Buffet had lots of choices for lunch and dinner, but repetitive breakfasts. Same pancakes, same french toast. What about crepes? Tofu scramble? Egg casserole? Breakfast burrito? Biscuits and gravy? I can have pancakes at home, was excited to try new different foods and was disappointed to see a lack of creativity. We did enjoy the wide variety of smoothies to choose from, thank you for delicious smoothies!
Onboard Activities

Loved the trivia activities, especially the Harry Potter. Hostess Fortuna was amazing, loved her energy! Enjoyed the multiple movie options showing throughout the day. Hot tubs were lukewarm, but the outside deck was well maintained and always clean. Also really enjoyed the Art Scavenger Hunt, definitely a highlight of the trip, very fun!

Clean, well maintained yes, but very old and outdated style. Dark, not well lit. Loud engine noises near middle of ship making it hard to enjoy activities or meals in those areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

Found leftover underwear from previous passenger in cabinet. Room was always clean, but shower does not work properly. Hot is boiling, cold is freezing, there is no inbetween warm. Maintenance looked at it twice, did not fix anything, just wrote on the shower handle " " Yes, we know which way is boiling and which way is freezing, lol. No resolution to cabin shower issue during entire trip, we walked to gym shower everyday instead. Very frustrating.
Salmon hatchery and salmon bake dinner- very informative excursion and enjoyable. Loved the dinner. Had enough time to walk around town and visit shops, was awesome first day! Highly recommend
Glacier Lake Kayak excursion- great outing! Loved spending time in nature
Would've liked more time at port. Didn't have an opportunity to visit shops or explore the town.
