We didn't do an excursion and I wish we had. The town is very cute and many things are within walking distance. If you are coming to this port make sure you rent a scooter, golf cart or take a bus ride to get around if you dont like walking.

I'm sure it's lovely but it was painfully painfully hot the day we visited. Took a tour of the shipwreck museum and rode the Hop on Hop off trolley. Needless to say we did not Hop off!

Did a hop-on-hop-off trolley tour but stayed on for the whole tour and then explored the part of the city near the ship on foot.

This was the best port for me. Only problem we were rushed. I would of liked to have spent much more time here. It felt safe, friendly and beautifull!
