It rained. We walked in it and played in the puddles.

Despite the hurricane, Key West was ready to accept the ship. Job well done!

I wish the ships docked overnight so we could experience Key West nightlife.

Key West is a great place to visit. You can easily walk to most attractions, shopping and dining from the dock. Also a big plus is that you are back in the US and can access your email etc without roaming fees. Take time to visit the Hemingway house and Audubon house. Both have a rich history.
Key west was fun. we had breakfast and then went shopping. shopping was pretty convenient and we found a shop that sold shorts for 5 bucks but I can not remember the name unfortunately. Key west was very clean and had lots of photo opts. I loved the statues all over. wild chickens ran around but totally ignored us.
Absolutely LOVED Key west. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Great key lime pie, tried a huge cookie that was delicious. Very cheap souvenirs. The salespeople are not pushy. A wonderful place to retire.

Loved Key West. Going again soon ! Beautiful place, great food and shops. Love all the local bars. Hogs Breath is a must :). Local were very friendly.
Something for everyone here. Duval Street is about as subtle as a neon sign, but it's got its own vibe and you've got to respect that, whether it's your thing or not. I'm glad I hit Sloppy Joe's because it wouldn't have felt complete if I hadn't, but the First Flight Brewery on Whitehead Street was more satisfactory to me -- hit it on their first birthday. Open, friendly and with good beer and a great atmosphere. Also, don't miss the Hemingway Rum Company -- probably one of my favorite stops. Friendly folks, very cool space and free rum tasting.

We had a great time in Key West! We walked out on our own without an excursion and went to "Island Safari Rentals" got us a tandem bike and used Google maps to get us where we wanted to go, wherever that was. The bike rental was only $22 for the day and it was so fun! Because it is still Florida I didn't have any issues with signal so my husband and I did our own thing and hit some of the famous places too 👍
