Review summary

The cruise director was very straight forward and did not try and act like a comedian, as some other's have done. The entertainment was good and the food was excellent. We were very lucky to have good weather and smooth sailing for the whole cruise. I was in a party of 8, most all my family and a few others. We ALL enjoyed it and had a good time. Would go on Holland America Rotterdam again.

Everyone was very nice and eager to help except the ice cream server who seemed to hate his job and was quite rude and unfriendly.

would have enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room, just a small one to keep water bottles cold. Otherwise, all was well.

Don't miss a meal at dinner time in the dining room.

It was very smooth. Would have been better if people didn't line up as they were told not to. Caused a people jam in the halls and trying to get off.
