Review summary

From the moment we got on board we were made to feel like cattle, The most of the staff of this ship were rude and too busy barking orders to help you with anything. Good luck getting a Soda delivered to your cabin. Not going to happen, Steward says call room service and room service tells you to call steward.

Loved it, We took a Carriage ride around old Havana and Loved it. Entique's English was good and very informative

Don't judge the Sun by one review. We have been on the Sun several times and never a problem. You can't make everyone happy all the time. Enjoy your cruise and keep an open mind.
