We went to the Panama Canal Locks and a City tour. It was all fascinating.

Not a good area. We just boarded the ship there. Spent a few nights in Panama City before and really enjoyed it.

We didn't make our excursion but if you don't have one there is not to much in walking distance.

Wasn't really a fan of Panama at all. We choose not to do an excursion at this port and was glad. We got off the boat to "see the sites" and got back on the boat ten minutes later. Definitely not a place I'd visit again.

We did the 2 oceans railroad - enjoyed the trip very much but the lunch was a joke (box with cheese crackers, bag of potato chips and old grey piece of candy) Train was lovely and scenery beautiful. Guide very knowledgeable.

Make sure you take the bus ride....although lengthy, to see the rain forest.
