Review summary

Highly recommend Celebrity Reflection for the superior dining and room staff that make you feel like family!! It’s a beautiful high class ship.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Seamless and quick. On the ship within an hour of arriving.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The main dining room was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Our wait staff and sommelier went above and beyond to please us every night. Special thanks to our waiter Froilan and Sommelier Esther.

Champagne Bar / Martini Bar

5 out of 5

The martini bar was fun and upbeat while also being a place for friends to gather. The staff were talented and attentive.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Activities were adequate but more interactive organized activities would have been great

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Shows were good. Not as good as the last cruise on Reflection with the exception of Maxx which was excellent.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Best dining staff on the sea!!!!!

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an accessible cabin to accommodate my mother and her scooter. It was excellent and our room steward kept it immaculate.

Ship tip

The shopping on board is hit and miss. The only poor service we had was from a ship store staff member who was argumentative and rude.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

Took a ship excursion but think I would do private next time and it was too herded and not enough time to explore.

Colon, Panama

4 out of 5
The excursion we went on wasn’t quite what we expected but had a great day!

Cartagena, Colombia

5 out of 5
Did Rosario Island “isleta” first day and it was amazing. Second day private city tour.

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
Beautiful island. Did stingray city and barrier reef snorkel and they were excellent. Incredible snorkeling.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Shopping was great as was the Fury Catamaran excursion. Snorkeling was too close and grouped but don’t go for the snorkeling go for the staff and party on the boat and private beach. Very fun!!

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Terrible. The only bad part of the cruise. Even with wheelchair assistance waited for over two hours to be able to get off then sat in the terminal waiting for another hour. Luckily we didn’t have a flight to catch.

We are actually getting ready to sail the Reflection on Monday. Savoring the anticipation of boarding! We sailed the Equinox last year and had the best time.
