Our favorite port of the trip! We took an excursion that was not through Princess. We went to a Howler Monkey preserve and got to feed the monkeys by hand, then we went to the Mayan ruins that were just awe-inspiring. The tour guide was informative and friendly.

Belize was quite a surprise. Took an excursion booked through Carnival to the Ruins and a tour of the city. The shops at port were very nice. Although I really did not shop much there, Went to the Harley-Davidson shop - which apparently most did judging by how many shirts I seen on board.

We went to a private island where we had free rum punch and went snorkeling. So fun! Roberto with team exotic is awesome.

The shopping area was nice, friendly people. Just your typical tourist shops. We did not book an excursion.

Make sure you use outside venders for your tours & it's ok to haggle prices...you can save a lot of money!

The Port was clean with lots of shopping offered inside the gates. Lamanai Ruins was fun. A bit far, and a little rushed, but overall it was a fun experience. Definitely take lots of water, and a hat is a must.

The comfortable bus ride through the country (to get to our shore excursion) was interesting.
