First Cruise and I am so glad it was on Carnival. Can't wait to cruise again and again. The staff, the ship, the activities. BEST vacation ever, and would recommend anyone that is hesitating because they think it is expensive to rethink that, It is so affordable for all you do and get for the package. Go you will be hooked too. Terrific value

Loved Guy's Burgers & Guy's Pig & Anchor!!!!! Best on the ship. I am not a "fancy food" eater and some of the food was way beyond what my pallet likes. Lots of Carbs. Wish they would get some food for those of us that don't don't eat high carbs. The desserts were the best!!!!!

There were so many things to do that you could either just relax on deck or in one of the pools/hot tubs or go to the upper deck and be as active as you pleased. I choice to relax by the pool(s). The water was quite warm, wish it was a cooler pool.

There is something for everyone. I went to the Comedy show and appreciate that they have a "clean" version and an adult version so you can go to the one that suits you. The DJ's were fabulous and kept the fun going all the time. I was amazed at the variety offered. Cha Cha classes, dances, or just relax and listen.

The staff is AMAZING. My room steward, Thana was the BEST EVER. She went way above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable. I fell and twisted my knee; she made sure I had ice to ice it down and checked on me afterwards. Thana made my trip so wonderful, wish I could have packed her up and brought her home. Our waiter at fine dining, Suki, was so funny and took such great care of us. He explained what items on the menu were when I asked. Made our dining experience so great!!!

I loved how when I left one area and entered another, the sound did not follow. The ship staff keeps this ship so clean you could eat off the floor. Seriously always cleaning/mopping. I don't think I have ever been in a place as clean as the ship. These people work continually.
Cabin / Stateroom

WOW I was mega impressed with our cabin. It was so comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of room to move around and enjoy. Once again, so clean. I slept so well in this bed. Perfect firmness. And to find a new towel animal in our room everyday was fantastic. They just put a smile on your face when you walk in and see them!!!!

Get ready to relax, have fun and enjoy the most amazing experience of your life. Download the app and use it to see and decide what activities/shows/entertainment you want to enjoy. It can be a little overwhelming with so much going on; but look for what you want to do and set alarms on your phone to remind you where to be at any given time.
First time every being in Galveston, and the location is beautiful. Go the day before and enjoy Galveston. The terminal is well organized and was a smooth entry.
Belize was quite a surprise. Took an excursion booked through Carnival to the Ruins and a tour of the city. The shops at port were very nice. Although I really did not shop much there, Went to the Harley-Davidson shop - which apparently most did judging by how many shirts I seen on board.
This was my favorite of all the ports. WOW so beautiful and amazing. Went to The Little French Keys. It was so amazing and the water is the most beautiful ever. Take your snokel face mask with you!!!! The shops at port were fabulous too, shopped quite a few there. Mahogany wood is featured and beautifully crafted into many things. You won't be disappointed regardless of what you do here.
Yeah, I took my first cruise at my daughters request and since then cruised every year. Love it, love it, love it.
Cruising again in 2 days, already booked for Bermuda next year and ready to book for Mediterranean the year after. Can you say Sssswwwwweeeeeetttttttt
