The breakfast buffet was definitely the best buffet. The dining room was also good. We love Guy's burgers
and barbeque. Also, the sushi was good. Another thing, the iced tea was much better this time, THANKS!
Onboard Activities

We had a problem with the spa, When we booked our room, we were told it had special priviledges to the
private whirlpools, therapy pool, sauna, etc. We used them Monday-Wednesday even got special arm bands to wear. On Thursday when we went, they said the services were not included in our room; it
would be $40.00 per day. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue. We were very disappointed. Do we get some sort of compensation for this?

The best so far. The shows were phenomenal, the DJ at the pool and club were amazing, and the performers were spectacular.

The staff was always there when needed. They were friendly and efficient. Our waiter, Pande, in the main
dining room was wonderful, funny and always provided great, personal service. The bar tenders are all
wonderful and work really hard.

Our cabin was great! The location was perfect for us. The steward was also amazing.
Ship tip
There is lots to do on this ship; take advantage of the music, shows and entertainment.
We went on the Tulum, Mayan ruins, lunch, Cenote swim, and canoe excursion. This was the second time
to visit Cozumel. We enjoyed ourselves, but was very hot and lots of mosquitoes.
We thought the island was beautiful. The area for shopping was so pretty with all the colorful buildings.
It was also very clean and the people were friendly. We did not book an excursion.
My son's luggage was broken. He had to go through 3 airports without a handle to pull it. This happened
when it was picked up for disembarkation. Otherwise, the process was efficient and relatively fast.
Just curious what room did you book? We booked a Spa balcony room on deck 11 and it says we get free use of those spa facilities you listed. Just wondering if I need to call Carnival and check.
