Enjoyed a bus tour of the old and new city. A boat ride and of course visit the ruins. Only negative thing was getting on and off the tenders, made us very late for the tour

Again scheduling because of the fact that we had to Tender into Belize was kind of ridiculous. You really couldn't go on a Shore Excursion and go into Belize. Plus again the shore excursions were very expensive and not very good.

The tender here was a fast, enjoyable process, even though the actual ride to/from shore was longer. We went Cave tubing and zip lining with Butts Up (cavetubing.com). They were a local company and truly loved sharing their country with us! Cave tubing was absolutely incredible!! The only downside was the whole day felt a little like “hurry up and wait.” But that is to be expected a little when they are trying to make sure we do everything and don’t miss the ship!

Belize has gotten a bad name for violence on other parts of the country. Belize city was great!!!

They didn’t have a beach, and the shuttle was half an hour each way to and from island so didn’t have enough tome
