Being Disney Cruisers we wanted to try other cruiseines to compare. This beat our expectations for service and value. Would definitely do again!

Very quick, got there early and was able to get through security very quickly. Bags were taken care of and boarding was smooth.

All three specialty restaurants were great but Giovanni’s was our favorite. Main dining was very good and service was outstanding. Wasn’t a big fan of the buffet. Seemed lesser quality and main purpose was for families with kids to get a quick meal.
Onboard Activities

I sucked at the flowrider but it was awesome, had some sore feet though with scrapes and bruises for some reason, but worth it. Did try the rock climbing but couldn’t make it to the top, next time.
Entertainment

The cruise director was very good, nightly performances were good but the Quest adult scavenger hunt is a must if you are not easily offended!

Been on Disney cruise ships where service is spectacular, but this cruise beat my expectations with service. Our main dining staff was exceptional and housekeeping was good, still got towel animals which I wasn’t expecting:)
Ship Quality

Loved the Promenade, reminded me of a small Vegas strip(kinda). Ship was well laid out and clean. Hated the smoking areas though. Deck 11 close to the pool with all the kids, smoke would drift over to a good portion of the pool and loungers. Bars were plentiful and people would constantly come around asking if you needed more to drink :), definitely easy to meet you drink package break even point.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was horrible, slept on rocks softer than that bed. But the size was good and room was clean.
Great review; we too started as Disney cruisers (excellent product) but just found it harder and harder to justify the cost. Been 20 plus cruises now with Royal and have never looked back.
