We did the Xunantunich Mayan Ruins tour with lunch. It was so amazing! The tour guides were absolutely wonderful. The ride was two hours there and back - she spend the ride there telling us all sorts of history and information. They were very nice to those of us with fears of heights since we climbed up one of the main ruins. Lunch was delicious! Our excursion ran a little late but so did a few others so the ship waited for us to board a tender and return.

If you take a trip to any Ruins, make sure to bring bug repellent it is needed for all the moisture.

Tendering is always a problem. The port of Belize is just shopping and food/bars.

Not much to do there. If you do the cave tubing, zip lining, etc., you’ll have to take a long boring drive to get there. AND these activities were okay...don’t know if it was worth the drive. Cave tubing and Zip lining were much better in Cozumel!
