Review summary

Everything was pretty great. Would have given it another star but sometimes out towels were a little dirty and there weren't as many activities as I was expecting. Overall, our experience was great! Staff was very friendly. Food was pretty good. Activities were fun.

Room steward was so nice! Our TV remote was broken and the room steward worked all week to help us since it continued to stop working whenever he fixed it.

Ship tip

Keep the tear-out schedule on the Fun Times handy - very useful since there are so many activities going on.

We go to the port early since we were dropped off. They let us go through security around 10. We boarded the ship around 11/11:30.

We did the Dolphin Swim & Snorkel here - it was so much fun! It was very informative and the dolphins were very friendly.

We did the Xunantunich Mayan Ruins tour with lunch. It was so amazing! The tour guides were absolutely wonderful. The ride was two hours there and back - she spend the ride there telling us all sorts of history and information. They were very nice to those of us with fears of heights since we climbed up one of the main ruins. Lunch was delicious! Our excursion ran a little late but so did a few others so the ship waited for us to board a tender and return.

We did the Punta Sur Jeep Adventure Tour and Snorkel with lunch here and it as great! We paired with another couple since neither of us knew how to drive manual. We convoyed in the Jeeps to the eco-beach park in Punta Sur. We visited a swamp low land, a small Mayan ruin, and then to a small restaurant on the beach to snorkel and then have lunch. Those who did not snorkel stayed on the beach. Last, we visited a lighthouse with a beautiful view.
