Much better shopping, Found a perfect ring for my fiance. Go to Senor Frogs for lunch, some of the best shrimp and mexican of my life. And the party just don't stop.

The mistake we probably made visiting this port was that we didn't purchase an activity on board first. We did parasail and rented jet skis and had a great time but it just wasn't the same as being "taken care of" like you are when you just stand in line and then are dropped off at the end of a FUN day.

We really liked Mazatlan. Some of our party wne to the El Cid, which I missed to go get a massage that was a waste of time and $$. I will go to El Cid resort next time i go and I will get my massage there. Very pretty beaches. I wish we had booked a tour of Mazatlan. It was beautiful !

At this port we went on a trolley and visited some of the great parts of mazatlan. We ate Lunch at a nice restarant in the city, we went by a beautiful church and saw the tallest light house in mexico.

Its a dump in my opinion. FULL of people selling junk and not leaving you along. Step on the beach and its a constant barrage of selling pitches. Got old real quick and altogether Mazatlan is dirty.

Went to Playa Mazatlan. Funny, the cruise had a similar tour for a lot more, we just took a taxi. Bring your cruise towel and it's like a golden ticket to go wherever you want without getting hassled.
