The old city was very picturesque. Lovely harbour, pedestrian walkway and a little train that takes you around. Fresh fruits, flowers and fish on sale. Tons of restaurants, old church and city walls.

There was a lot to do at this port. We did the Pope’s Palace at Avignon. Well done.

Port is okay. It's too far from the town. We did a tour of the highlights of Marseille.

Another beautiful port! Took a tram ride up to the legendary beautiful Basilica, Notre Dame de la Garde, where there are spectacular views of Marseille.

Even when it was overcast it was beautiful. HAL tour: Highlights of Marseille. Very good tour, however, independent tours purchased through Shoreline were a lot better and cheaper.
