The area is very nice but England inmigration officers and Costa staff made very disorganized and slow , making us lose important time in England.

There was absolutely no order to getting onboard the ship. l was traveling with a friend who has mobility issues. Standing outside the port for hours was very difficult. Never have I boarded a ship in such chaos. Surely other ships sailing from Southhampton are not treated with such thoughtlessness for its passengers!
