Review summary

Costa cruises is not custumer oriented anymore. I had traverled with Costa Cruises in a distant past and they were great. This year I had travelmtwice with them but, it will be very difficult for they to have me back as a customer. They are not customer oriented and they could care less about your experimeces or solving your difficulties.

Embarkation

My wife and I, as many other passengers were not informed the the embarkation was not in the regular Amsterdam, sea cruises, embarkation pier. When we arrive we were told that it was not there. We were on our own to get to the new pier that is more then 30 miles ago. I complained to the customer no-service desk and after two days of claiming theiy told me to write to Costa Cruices complint service. I have done it twice and still awaiting response. Simply, VERE BAD and they could not care less.

Ship experiences

The ship is beutiful and the cabins are very good. The food is OK. Many of the waiters, bar tenders and staff needs to be trained into who to freat a custumer and the fact that the custumer is first. They will walk over you if you do not get out of their way.

Costa Cruises has a lot to improve if they want cutumers to return. The staff and service are mot custumemr oriented or custumer friendly, for the most part.
