Royal Princess

16 Night Norway & Atlantic Passage (Le Havre To New York)

Sail date: September 09, 2018

Ship: Royal Princess

Cabin type: Suite

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Review summary

We missed Norway, Ireland, St Joh’s because of weather, but I really appreciate the way Princess treated us and looked out for our safety. Compensation speaks to integrity, and Princess has a loyal customer for now on. We stopped in Vigo and the Azores, two wonderful islands and smooth sailing all the way home.

As Club Class I saw different information on where to go. When I ask one of the White Shirted employees, she told me my Club Class was not a factor. Princess said there would be easier access off the ship. Not true, I wasn’t treated with the Club Class spirit as I felt by the Wait staff in the Dinning Area. What a same.

Glad you enjoyed the trip and the compensation. The only advantage to club class for disembarkation is that you get to wait in a special lounge that has beverages and snacks (usually out of)
