Cruise was great, lovley staff. I would have given 5 star but lost a star because of so many moaning and complaining 'older' passengers on board.
On board, sat down to lunch by 12.30pm.
Food and Dining
perfect as usual, no complaints at all.
Could have done with a few more activities for the 'younger' (age 50) age group, but what was on was good.
Most of the entertainment was good, have seen a few of the shows before. Comedians and extra acts were excellent.
Have no children.
Service and Staff
Excellent service from all staff, all staff were cheerful maybe because of the great friendly captain.
The odd toilet needed a clean but this is not P&Os fault, it is the disgusting cruisers who leave a mess.
Cabin / Stateroom
Delux balcony cabin, very spacious in the cabin, the balcony could have been with being a little bigger so we could lie out but not the end of the world.
Medium sized ship, easy to access all areas of the ship with pleasant friendly crew, second favourite ship after Oceana.
Ports Of Call
Southampton (London), England
Sailed from here, Southampton the start of cruise.
Wandered around Cadiz on our own, weather was not too good, bit rainy.
Walked around Valetta on our own, lovely city but very busy. Did an evening excursion to old capital - great trip and very quite in the evening.
Took a P&O trip to the beach, nice trip, very quiet beach and bit stony, clean sea.
Piraeus (Athens), Greece
Took a wonderful P&O trip to the Acropolis, very very busy, people everywhere but had to be expected at such a popular venue.
Katakolon (Olympia), Greece
Wandered around the shops on our own, lots of harrassment from tour operators. Nice shops, not too expensive, good for handbags and shoes.
Wet day, lots of rain so stayed on board ship.
Love Gib, great for shopping.
We have priorty disembarkation, so off the ship by about 8.30am.
