No a large shopping district - Quaint - would recommend to go hang on the beach and relax for the day and then do the local shops.

This port is the most limited of all the ports. Almost no available shopping at Frederiksted. You have to take a taxi to the other port of call, Christiansted. However, there is a beach right next to the port that is free and very nice.

Get on a tour ASAP. There is NOTHING in Frederiksted! Christensen is where you want to go, or take the Buck Island tour which is great!
