Overall, a nice cruise with great destinations for the most part and wonderful staff. Boat itself is dated and needs updating. Felt like a shopping mall from the 1980s.
Embarkation

smooth and quick but additional signage would be nice. Adequate staffing of attendants to answer questions.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food is of decent enough quality at Windjammer but very few healthy options except on last two days. Tides dining room menu is from the 1960s and could use some updates. Very heavy on the beef options and few other choices. No vegetarian choices typically.
Onboard Activities

pools, fitness center are both good. No issue finding free chairs even though boat was full.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
Kids loved the club but some of the caregivers were new and not pleasant to parents. Pick up process irritating-finish checking out one kid before starting new check out or I will continue to let my child out myself.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Igor in Tides dining was phenomenal. Reski and Rohit were awesome as well.
Ship Quality

Felt very dated. It resembles an upscale shopping mall from the 1980s.
