The bus driver and the tour guide went out of their way to help us since we were there on an extremely rainy day. They even created steps so we wouldn't get our feet wet.

Nice clean place. limited shopping. You have to get there by tender. Beaches were not that great.

We took a cab to see the city square. The driver did not speak English, so we were disappointed that he could not point out things.
