Took a tour of the island and then went to a resort to swim and snorkel. Make sure you do some snorkeling in Bonaire. Best snorkeling we have ever done. Most fish and most diverse fish we have ever seen snorkeling. Fantastic.

My new favourite port. Very relaxed island. The market was nice with lots of local made products and the vendors are not pushy. We took an open air Jeep to Lac Bay and did the eco tour. It was a very interesting drive, you got to see different areas of the island.

Just in Bonaire last week. Took a cab to Delfins Beach resort. $3 per person. Rented a electric golf cart for 4 for $65 , and did the southern loop. Also go the day pass for $15 an adult, kids are free. Beautiful grounds, beautiful beach at resort, with great snorkeling right from beach. If you want to do the whole island they do rent gas vehicles. for a little more.

Beautiful town. We didn’t book an excursion here and just walked around. A lot of stores and sights, in walking distance from the pier. If you do decide to book an excursion, make sure it is diving or snorkeling, it is one of the best in the world!

We rented a 4 person golf cart from Bonaire Cruisers. We couldn’t have been happier. They gave us a detailed map and lots of information. We drove the southern loop of the island stopping whenever we wanted to look at the salt flats, slave huts, lighthouse, etc. We saw lots of flamingos and wild donkeys. We took the northern loop as far as 1000 steps and walked down to a beautiful beach. On the way back to the ship we bought wonderful products from bonaireseasalt.
