Acadia National Park was excellent. Plan to return in the future. Finally got my lobster bake at the inn on the waterfront. It was excellent with mussels, claims 1 1/2 lb whole lobster, claim chowder, red potatoes and corn on the cob. Bar Harbor is a neat quaint essential harbor town.

This stop had the most colors that we were looking for. Excursion was OK but limited times at each stop. Found out that there is a free bus, the Village Explorer, that went to many destinations. We should have done this instead, but plan to visit here in the next couple years and will keep that in mind. Great shopping as they were winding down their tourist season and everything was 1/2 price. Enjoyed a bowl of clam chowder at Testa's - yummy!

Our excursion through Acadia National Park was well done, but only 20 min at Cadillac Mountain wasn't enough to really appreciate the area. We had previously reserved the lighthouses excursion and were very disappointed when it was cancelled. Enjoyed the fresh Lobster lunch and the quaintness of the homes.
