Review summary

Being a gold member I did not receive any information from the cruise line about the benefits or discounts, this was our third cruise on Royal Caribbean. Also they did not acknowledge our wedding anniversary the last night as we told the travel agent.

room steward told me it is not her job to have a few wine glasses sent to my room, also asked for ice in the room and she forgot on the last day, bar staff was short so there was a long wait and the few drinks i ordered were watered down so next cruise i wont order any

Bar Harbor Maine was very nice but the excursion was late departing and overall it was short, it was listed 3 and a half hours and was barely 3 hours

There is a list of all discounts & rewards that are put on your seapass card on the desk in your cabin when you enter it the first day. I always check with the desk in the dining room on the first day to make sure they have the information for my birthday or anniversary celebration.
