Took a Kodiak to Tongass National Rainforest. It was a beautiful day. I did not need my heavy waterproof hiking boots, but be prepared for cold during the boat drive and hold onto your hat.

cute town all easy walking - we took the Aleutian Ballard tour (deadliest catch ship) and it was fantastic!
