Review summary
Loved Alaska-it's beautiful. You must go!
Shore excursions for wheelchairs were super easy to book and set up.
Accessible room was nice but shower bench is TOO SMALL and so is the toilet.
Kids area on the ship was not accessible-door too narrow.
No lifts on the pools/hot tubs.
Room steward was great.
Engineer had to come lubricate my wheels on wheelchair after being in rain--Princess was great about working with me on this.
Princess tracked down my lost luggage (from airline) and was great about that.
Food was unremarkable and bland.
I don't recommend a room in the aft part of the ship--you get vibration from the engines when slowing down.
Liked having the coin laundry area.
Stewards for helping wheelchair users on and off ship were great.
Ketchikan and Victoria ports were not long enough! Would have loved more time in these ports.
Juneau whale watching was my son's favorite.
Skagway 40 below, dog sled, gold pan was also a hit.

Ship tip
We stuck to Lido deck for food--it was just easier with a kid.
