Would You Volunteer???

With cruise lines having to operate test sailings before receiving their return to sailing certificate from the CDC, would you volunteer?

I can't. I'm a frontline healthcare worker who works with the elderly. I can't expose my sweet residents to the virus, I have to protect them from it. None of us asked for this virus, and it's not fair to needlessly expose them to it. If that means that I have to delay cruising, get tested, or get the vaccine to protect them, then I'm ok with that.

yup.. totally agree with you !

I wouldn't want to be stuck on a ship even with a suite. with a balcony etc...can't imagine being stuck in a box like that for someones experiment....waited this long...only had two cancelled, some folks in here have 3+...we'll live with waiting...,

Nope.. def not with covid cases on the rise.. I wouldn't want to be stuck on a ship.. in a small cabin.. no thanks.. I will wait..

yes i would - not the we over this side of the pond have the option yet, as long as people use common sense, which does seem to be lacking in these times, but the cruise lines need a way ahead and sort out the things they have in place, and they can't do that without 'real people'.

Hoping you sail for your 40th!Love

In a heart beat!!!! Even if we never left port!!! Unfortunately, I'm in a high risk group, otherwise I would have applied already Crying

We have our 40th anniversary sailing booked for May 2021.

Finger & toes crossed we're sailing?

Nope, I would not. Covid rates are going up now and we are entering Flu season. not the time to be a test case, To bad they could not have had the test a couple months ago before the newest wave and flu season, not good timing.

Wellllll.theres folks who will, and folks who won't ...volunteer for anything , that is....nope...she can't, and I won't....moving ion.....

And yes ... puns are always intended .....
