As soon I received an email from Cruiseline.com about a drop in price on my Voyage of the Vikings cruise with HAL in August, I notified my travel agent. We saved $820 by moving quickly. We did not lose a single perk, either. If you haven't used this feature on our Website, consider doing so. Perhaps you can save money on YOUR next cruise.

Princess has always been great for me to make adjustments and/or do complimentary upgrades. It is not always "active" but if it is, the online chat room is super too!
This is another good way to find out about price reductions.
Glomarrone, that is awesome! I haven't used the feature before, but will definitely to it now. Thanks for the tip.
Everyone should sign up for this feature. What do you have to lose? It's complimentary.
The price for my cruise May 4 has dropped $50/ person ($100) on the price alert. But I booked through Princess website direct and paid already. Do you think I could the difference back even though I booked direct?
If you did not pay in full, you should call the cruise line and ask. You have nothing to lose.

Sometimes a cruise line will give you an OBC the difference. It usually depends on the booking rate. Call and ask, what do have to lose?
