Love the Alchemy Bar on Carnival. The Breeze just got this bar installed on their recent upgrade. So, I'm eager to try it out next month. Alchemy is basically a gin and vodka martini bar with all sorts of twists and a pharmacy theme. They had this on the Triumph and Freedom. What is your favorite bar or beverage category?

I tried a chocolate martini last cruise and will do that again! The alchemy bar has expanded my understanding of what a martini can be. Love the Carnival Cosmo---vodka, limoncello, cranberry.

When cruising, I like the frozen "girly" drinks... Miami Vice, Chocolate Mocha Get-away, Dirty Banana, etc. But my favorite is the glass of champagne (OK, sparkling wine) that we have as we sail-away from the home port. It has been our tradition since the first cruise, so it is as much because of the tradition as the drink. If I could only have one drink all cruise that would be it.

or in the martini world - a chocolate martini is the best variation (IMO).
