DO you Choose Traditional or Anytime Dining?

Anytime dinning
We prefer late seating, fixed dining – it’s great to have the same server every night so they know what you like. We ask for a large table and usually have good luck meeting new people.

I usually choose anytime dining but since I will be cruising with a toddler I'm leaning towards choosing a time slot so that the wait staff can be prepared but then again I have a toddler and we know they are unpredictable.........
We choose traditional early dining. Hubby is diabetic and can't wait until late to eat. Also, it's closer to our usual dining time. We've always had great table mates, and it's good to have the same wait staff every evening.
I prefer the early dining unless there are a number of late port calls. I like having the same wait staff.
We choose YTD and if we really like our wait staff we ask to be seated in their section each evening. On the Miracle we sat in Henry's section for 5 evenings - he was hilarious, and a great waiter.

It depends. On Carnival we do assigned. NCL we do anytime. When we do assigned dining we always go for the early seating.
I usually pick anytime or open dining. but on the cruiseline.com cruise we currently have assigned dining. We will see how that works.
We do anytime dining. We don't like to be on schedule when we are on vacation. Ports and excursion schedules are necessary, but otherwise we do as we please when we please :)
Anytime is my choice. If I'm tired after a long day and take a nap, I still have time to eat in the MDR and get the server of my choice.

We always choose the flex time dining unless we are with a group. We request a table with a server that we like. Almost 99% of the time, we do get the server. It works for me.
