A: No. Been cruising with RCL many times as well as onboard the Grandeur of the Seas 6 months ago and there is no afternoon tea time.

A: Daniel Johnson Sloth Snorkel and beach visit in Roatan was a great and uncrowded day with two ships in port. Jaimes Blue Reef for beach and food in Costa Maya. Dealing direct with businesses costs less and makes for less crowds.

Some are in the closet, some are in under the TV behind cupboard doors, and on 1 ship we found it sitting on top of the minibar cooler cabinet. A: 3c) Personally I would not drive straight through night to arrive on time for the physical check-in, since then until actual sail away can be a very hurry-up to wait type of experience and you will want to be somewhat fresh to explore the ship before... it gets too crowded or busy with activities. Try to schedule the ride that the drive can get 4-6 hours of sleep somewhere prior to arriving at the terminal.See More

A: The ship is small and one of the oldest in the fleet. It lacks many of the bells and whistles commonly found on many of RCCL’s newer, larger ships. That said the vision class, of which the Grandeur is, is a favorite of my wife and mine. The size faci... litates passengers interaction and a close knit crew. Familiarity with and navigation on the ship is easily achieved. There are several bars onboard where you can listen to live music and make new friends. We enjoy the Schooner Bar in the evening. Hanging out at the pool or in the solarium is always relaxing. Try a couples message in the spa. Cost is less on port days. Nightly shows in the theater featuring singers, dancers, and comedians are enjoyable as are passenger inclusive activities like karaoke, cocktail mixology classes, and my personal favorite The Love and Marriage Game.
