Did anyone lose their vaccine card prior to sailing? If so, how did you go about retrieving it in order to sail with RC? RC is requiring that the exact card is needed or it must be on a government app? Thanks in advance!

You need to go where you got your vaccine and ask them to issue you a new one because you lost your original. Most medical facilities and pharmacies have it in their record.

If you have it on a verified health app like MyChart it will be accepted. Also accepted are pharmacy receipts as long as they show the vaccine batch number and administering professional's signature with your name and date received.
