Overall, a nice trip, but, will not let them make arrangements for me again. They don't consider what's best for the customer.

First, I let the line book my flights, NEVER AGAIN!! There were direct flights on Delta from CVG to FT. Lauderdale, but, they routed us through Chicago, in the winter, the day of departure. They should think about the customers first, but, they are looking at profits first, not customer service. Next, I bought the shuttle service from the airport to the Docks. The drivers make you stay on the bus while they unload the bags, just so that they can stand at the door for a tip. Won't happen again, I won't take their shuttle. Then when you get to the Docks, the lines are very long, and it seemed very unorganized.

can't really complain about the food, and dining experience, pretty much all was very good. The salad bar was the best ever.
Onboard Activities

Nice Spa, and Fitness center. People were great, and knowledgeable. Movies and shows were OK too. Pools were quite boring.

Children's Programs
Didn't take Children, and I am too old to participate in those activities.
They really tout the shopping here, but, what they don't tell you is that you either shop, or take an excursion, but, you can't do both. By the time you return from the excursions, the shops are closed. I think that they should be very upfront, and clear about this when they are discussing the excursions, and the shopping talks, but, one or the other is never mentioned.
Not too bad. Don't know why they use the colored tags though. I was given brown tags, and, put them on 4 pieces of luggage, but, only 2 ended up in the brown section. The 2 others ended up in other areas, with additional tags on them, one yellow, and one purple????? Explain that.
