The happy hour service at the Ocean bar was quite poor, probably because it was completely full every day. We finally made a formal complaint and after that, we noticed a marked improvement in the service to the entire bar.

Our room stewards were excellent, as were the two stewars in the Neptune Lounge, both very attentive and helpful. The wait staff, particularly in the Pinnacle Lounge was also excellent.
