Very disappointed in HA this time. Had I know when I booked I would not have taken a cruise on a ship fresh out of dry dock. I talked a lot of other passengers that felt the same way.
Embarkation

They would let you check in but not board the ship. Everyone was held in the terminal. Finally boarded after 2:00 PM but told we couldn't go to our cabins they weren't ready, stay in common areas.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Lido resturant food was good, but same thing every day. Mexican food bar in pool area, same thing every day. Did not go the formal dinning room.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
For a 10 day cruise there were very few onboard activites, cooking and computer workshops, not!! Never saw a cruise director, heard him on speaker sometimes, system had problem, couldn't here it. Art auction was good, till they charged me $250 for something I didn't buy (i was still trying to get this removed 2 hours b4 disembarking.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Didn't go to any of the shows, some night they only had one late show.
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
The waiters, room stewards were all very pleasant, but the ship was very short staffed, seems like half the crew was working nights finishing up what wasn't completed in dry dock. Smell of paint every morning sometimes very strong.
Ship Quality

This was my 4th cruise on HA, always b4 they were cleaning every day in all common areas, not this time, the last 2 days they started cleaning common areas. Never saw a vacuum till last 2 days.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was very nice, had a large tv, we stayed in our room a lot and watched movies (nothing else to do). We got locked out on balcony twice - faulty lock which they did fix. Sheets didn't appear to have been changed for 10 days, Stewart spent about 10 minutes a day cleaning our room. Breakfast room service was great and right on time. Had to show room stewart how to clean under the rim of toilet it was black (after we told him twice) - it stunk.
