Review summary

The food and service was excellent. I enjoyed the ping-pong tournaments (Great opportunity to meet other players and engage in this activity).but wish they had offered more pickle ball  gatherings  when we were out to sea. The shows were very good. Wish you would add dance/Zumba classes to work out.  Very disappointing movie schedule overall hardly any current movies, plus he repeated romancing the Stone twice and the panama canal history twice in the theater. At least you had DVDs though my DVD player and the DVDs themselves had a lot of problems. Again my cabin service and dining service were outstanding and all the workers on the ship always were  and friendly and offering to help.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Love the lobster and coconut shrimp. Salad bar was good but line was kind of slow since we had to be served individually. The pasta bar was awesome.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Played a lot of ping-pong but wish they had more pickle ball options as well as other sport activities for younger cruisers. Also would be nice if you added dance classes in the gym (other ships have had Zumba)

Entertainment

Everything was very professional. The comedian and magician were very entertaining the dancer/singers were very good. I can pretty much every night !!!!!

Service and Staff

Service at table 9 - 530 pm seating was excellent ,my room number was 7031 and my two stewards were very accommodating and friendly, always asked me about my day which was nice since I am traveling semi alone (with sister and brother-in-law) and kept my ice full which was important to me. :)

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Impressively clean, saw workers constantly cleaning railings windows floors it was immaculate .

Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean, appreciated daily ice. Stewards incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Ship tip

Save your money and pass on the excursions and do your own thing and just study options.

EnJoyed snorkeling at the far end of the island. However nobody bothered to pick up the horse maneuver at all that entire day so it was a bit disgusting having to walk back amongst that on the beach.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Skip the submarine ride.

Willemstad, Curacao

We arrived on a Sunday so most of the stores were closed for a shoppers that is very disappointing. The city tour was nice.

Cartagena, Colombia

Be sure to try and see as much as you can because you only have a little bit of time here. Great emeralds available here, street dancers very entertaining. Church interesting with visible corpse! (Very unusual) Truly wish we had more time at this port.

Enjoyed the eco-adventure tour, but the Canal cruise was a waste of time. Our tour guide stopped so we could photograph some howler monkeys and three toed sloths in trees which was very cool .
